Orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories are EXCLUDED) via FedEx Ground only.
Orders going to Hawaii may now be sent via Ground shipping. This method of shipment arrives in HI by plane and transit takes approximately 4-5 work days. The shipping costs for Ground to HI are marked down by more than half of the standard rate. Packages are sent as "Ground", but travel to HI by plane.
No orders to HI receive free shipping.
The discounted shipping rate is already applied to your cart at checkout. It is calculated at the time of purchase. This shipping discount is only applied to Ground orders.
Orders shipping to Canada do not receive free shipping.
Tracking is unavailable until your package is within Canada. Your package is on a distribution pallet from the time it leaves our Southern CA warehouse until it arrives at the
FedEx Ground Distribution Center in Canada.
All Canada bound orders ship out every Wednesday, and normally take 8-10 days to reach the Canadian border. Once your order reaches the border, customs may take additional time. Ojio is not responsible for orders that are confiscated by customs, nor is Ojio responsible for customs/duties fees and taxes upon the arrival of your order (even if you refuse the shipment).
Canadian orders ship via FedEx Ground International.
Orders of $75 or more will receive free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

International Via freight on board from Moorpark. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and arrangements.
Ojio does not ship to Post Office Boxes.
All special shipping instructions must be given to FedEx directly. Example: Please leave at back door. Example: Please ring apartment number ###. Your package will have a tracking number 24 hours after it has been invoiced, you can then contact FedEx at 1- 800-GOFEDEX or 1-800-463-3339 to give them your special instructions for delivery. Ojio is not responsible for resending packages because a customer has provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost/ Stolen/ Undeliverable Shipments
Ojio is not responsible for shipments that are delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Ojio is not responsible for shipments that are lost in transit or delivered to a residence and then stolen or unaccounted for. It is the Customer's responsibility to contact FedEx and make a claim regarding their missing package. FedEx can be reached at (800) GO FEDEX.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs if a shipment is returned to our warehouse because it is undeliverable (you can also choose to be refunded in the amount of your order, less any shipping costs).
FedEx Ground always provides tracking information, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to keep an eye on their shipment and maintain awareness in case of a mishap of any kind.
Please inform our Customer Service team ASAP of any mishap so we can straighten out the issue and come to a resolution. The longer a Customer waits to deal with a shipping error (their own or ours), the longer it will take to right the situation.
Order refused by customers will be charge freight cost in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
Product that arrives damaged, missing or incorrectly shipped must be reported within 2 business days. Returnable product will be accepted within 30 days after receipt of goods, provided that it is in like-new condition and has been properly cared for. Securely package the product to be returned. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") number from Ultimate Superfoods before returning product to ensure timely and accurate credit. Clearly display your RA number and customer number on the box and send by FEDEX ground to the attention of Returns Processing at Ultimate Superfoods. Products returned without an RA number will not receive credit. Orders refused will be charged shipping costs both ways and a restocking fee of 20%. Returned shipments must be received at Ultimate Superfoods within 30 days.

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Weekend orders will ship the following business day. Deadline Orders placed prior to 2:00 pm may ship same day if product is available, except weekends.
